Self Care Guide

The Self Care Guide was created at BC Children and Women's Health Centre and St. Paul's Hospital in Vancouver BC. Created for women experiencing emotional difficulties after the birth of a child, the Self Care Guide is also helpful for prenatal women.

The Guide has also been written for Health Care Providers to easily access information and activities that are relevant to the women with whom they are working.
